Notice of Meeting
The Overton County Election Commission will meet on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the Election Commission Office. The agenda for the meeting, consisting of items for the Town of Livingston Election on June 4, 2024, will be as follows:
- Approval of agenda
- Approval of minutes
- Set early voting hours
- Set Election Day voting hours
- Appoint early voting workers
- Appoint Election Day workers
- Appoint nursing home workers
- Appoint absentee counting board
- Set date for nursing home voting
- Set time for absentee counting board to meet
- Lock absentee ballot box
- Any other business before the Election Commission
