TO THE VOTERS OF THE TOWN OF LIVINGSTON, OVERTON COUNTY, TENNESSEE: You are hereby notified that by call of the following petition signed by ten percent (10%) or more of the registered voters in the city casting a ballot for governor in the last gubernatorial election, a referendum to Permit Retail Package Stores to Sell Alcoholic Beverages in the Town of Livingston shall be conducted:
PETITION TO AUTHORIZE RETAIL PACKAGE STORES TO SELL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE CITY OF LIVINGSTON, OVERTON COUNTY
We, the registered voters of the City of Livingston, Overton County, do hereby request the Overton County Election Commission to hold a local option election to authorize retail package stores to sell alcoholic beverages in Livingston, Overton County, as provided by law.
