Pursuant to T.C.A. 2-12-111, notice is hereby given that the Town of Livingston will hold an election on Tuesday, June 2, 2026 to elect the following: Three Alderman at Large (4-year term). The qualifying deadline for candidates is NOON on March 19, 2026. Petitions may be picked up at the Overton County Election Office, located at 312 West Broad Street, Suite 2, Livingston, TN 38570 during office hours. Regular office hours are: Monday – Friday 8:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M.
